C&C will review the request before any diagnostic fee, travel charge, scheduling deposit, or repair work is approved.

Booking and cancellation policy

Appointments are confirmed only after C&C accepts the requested time and any disclosed deposit is paid. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If less notice is provided, C&C will review any deposit adjustment based on the disclosed estimate, work already performed, parts already purchased, travel already completed, and applicable law. No repair begins without customer authorization.
